报告摘要： The main topic of the minicourse is a brief introduction for the theory of the fractional Laplacian operator including the following four parts:
1. Four major definitions of the fractional Laplacian operator, via the Cauchy principal value of singular integrals, via the Fourier transform on Schwartz space of rapidly decreasing smooth functions, via the boundary values of an elliptic equation in the one higher dimension and via the spectum of the Laplacian operator.
2. The equivalence between the definitions via the Cauchy principal value of singular integrals and via the Fourier transform on Schwartz space of rapidly decreasing smooth functions.
3. The equivalence between the definitions via the Cauchy principal value of singular integrals and via the boundary values of an elliptic equation in the one higher dimension.
4. The fundamental solution of the fractional Laplacian operator and the fractional Sobolev spaces.
