报告摘要：The estimate of exponential sums is an important tool in the study of harmonic analysis, analytic number theory and dynamical systems. For example, if p(n) is a polynomial, then it is a well known result that the average of e^{2\pi i p(n)} is zero if at least one of the nonconstant coefficient of p is irrational. In this talk, we will discuss about averages of exponential functions of the form e^{2\pi i p(n)}, with p being a polynomial in F_{p}[x_{1},\dots,x_{d}] and n ranging over a shpere in F_{p}^{d}.
