摘要：In this talk, we will discuss recent advances in Gröbner degenerations, focusing on extensions and applications of Conca and Varbaro’s theorem on square-free Gröbner degenerations. Specifically, let R = K[X1, . . . , Xn] be the polynomial ring over a field K and let I be a homogeneous ideal of R. Conca and Varbaro showed that if the initial ideal in(I) is square-free, then dimK Him(R/I)j = dimK Him(R/in(I))j
for all i, j. We aim to address the question: if the initial ideal in(I) is not square-free, under which assumptions does the equality in Conca and Varbaro’s theorem still holds for some i? Additionally, we will explore when Gröbner degenerations preserve the componentwise linearity.
