摘要:      Quasi-Holder spaces is a functional space that contains all Holder continuous functions and allow discontinuity.  With the quasi-Holder norm, the unit ball is compact in the L^1 space.  The space can be used to study statistical properties of piecewise expanding dynamical system that do not allow Markov partitions.  Under some general conditions on the systems, the space is preserved by the transfer operator, and hence the densti ty function is an element of the space.  The spaces were first introduced by Keller,  and used by Saussol, Tsujii, etc., and it could be used to study equilibrium states for dynamical systems with discontinuity.
