In Cosmology, a Friedman-Lemaitre-Robertson-Walker spacetime models an homogeneous and isotropic Universe, according to the postulates of General Relativity. In this talk, we study the problem of the prescription of the mean curvature operator for this type of relativistic spacetimes with Neumann conditions. The main theorem provides a sufficient condition for existence that relates the curvature function and the hubble parameter
