报告摘要: t-designs have been a fascinating topic of research for hundreds of years. Though a lot of progress on the existence and construction of t-designs has been made, there seems no nontrivial characterization of t-designs. In this talk, we will introduce a spectral  characterization of t-designs, which was obtained in  June 2017.
