In this second talk, we continue and complete 
the proof of Kleinbock-Margulis' theorem on quantitative 
non escape of mass. After that we begin discussing 
effective mixing for subgroup actions on X=SL(n, R)/SL(n, Z). 
We present the proof of effective translates of horospherical 
pieces by diagonal elements. The reference of this part is:
Kleinbock Margulis 1996 Bounded orbits of nonquasiunipotent flows on homogeneous spaces.
