摘要: Let X be a normal projective variety of dimension n≥3 and G an abelian subgroup of Aut(X) such that all elements of G\{id} are of positive entropy. Dinh and Sibony proved that G is a free abelian group with rank(G)≤ n-1. The maximal rank case has been well understood by Zhang. We characterize the pair (X, G) such that rank(G) = n-2. This is based on joint work with Fei Hu.
